One of the girls at the show asked me an interesting question, she wanted to know if I did parties, you know, like Pampered Chef or Mary Kay? I hadn't ever really thought about it, but it sounds kind of fun. How would you feel if I rolled up to your home with a rack of vintage clothes and trunks full of bags and jewelry? Would you invite your friends over to drink champagne and shop? Just a thought...

Mimosa Salon and a Traveling Sale idea
Last Friday night Salvage Life was invited to set up a little shop inside Mimosa Salon in Hermosa Beach, CA for their annual customer appreciation night. Rose, the owner, has been a SL customer for years and it was such a treat to share this event with her!

I`d love it! Champagne, friends and vintage clothes - perfect.
A couple of my friends here do "house shows" one of them is great with make-up and the other sells vintage so you can come and get a little makeover. it seems like a really fun idea.
i think it's a fabulous idea! maybe try more accessories at first to see how it goes. how in the heck would you transport racks of clothes? have you an RV? :D
Um yeah! That is the coolest idea ever. If you were in Australia it would be even better but I totally think you should do it.
I currently do this! I have a travelling vintage market here in Toronto, and it's great. You get to meet so many wonderful people and it's a great way to network
